"We had a great stay in the Bayside Jewel. The owner was courteous, available and so helpful! The property is exactly as advertised, fully stocked, and so comfy for our group of 5 adults, one toddler and one infant. The location was convenient for our needs. "The apartment was very clean and cozy but if you are tall watch out for the low ceilings. Being in an old home it has some wonderful character! The bed was very comfortable as well and has a nice living room with TV. I would highly recommend this place to stay. The host is also very receptive and on top of everything, thank you Ebenezer."

"We were in town for a family gathering nearby, and Joanne’s home was the perfect resting spot for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Joanne was an incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive host. "Everything was great! Our host was very quick to respond if there was a question. Plenty of room for all 5 adults (and then some). The only negative about the location is pulling out of the driveway. Easy enough to deal with though. For us, the proximity of this location to our family and friends for this visit was great. 20-25 minutes at most whether going into Boston or heading out to family in the suburbs."

"The property is absolutely lovely and overlooks Mirror Lake. Everything was well stocked and immaculately clean inside. Check in/out process was seamless. We were able to drive into Boston, Salem and Rhode Island with ease and had a fabulous time. Would definitely stay here again."

"The place was in a perfect location. Short walk down the hill to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Plenty of off street parking. Plenty of room in the house and fully stocked with what is needed. Some of the decor is a bit dated but it does give the place a homey feel. Would happily stay here again."

"It was a perfect place for two families to stay while we were in town for the Boston Marathon. The neighborhood had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive to our messages. We would recommend and use it again!"

"Parking was confusing - and nothing in the instructions between VRBO or the Vacasa that it was actually booked through (?), stated where to park. The metal gate was closed when we came in, so I suppose you’re just suppose to know that it’s not locked, and you need to park there. So there you go for the next person. Other than the start of that, it was fine. Quick drive to Forrest Hills station so you don’t have to drive into the city. "
