"Only complaint was the hot water upstairs was luke warm at best"

"The house is beautiful and includes almost everything you need. We took our parents that are 87 & 93 years old and I did not realize it is not handicap accessible. They struggled with the steps at the front of the house. They also struggled with the living room furniture. The sofas have seen better days and hard to get out of. A great place for a large group but not the elderly. "

"We had a lovely trip, great location on the bay and short drive to beautiful Fire Island. Kitchen was well equipped, the home was clean and great for our young children. Host was very responsive. Great stay!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been perfect. The house is clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you could need. The garden is, for me, the best part and we had many nights BBQing, relaxing in the chairs and watching fireflies. The host is lovely and very responsive. The property location is great, there is lots to do in the local area and easy access to both the North and South Forks of the Hamptons. We can't wait to come again next year....
