During checkin, I discovered that I had dropped my wallet in the cab from the airport. Staff jumped on the task to track down the cab and arranged for the wallet to be returned within an hour. Top notch service."

"A little hard to find. There is no advertisement in the front to see it. It is in a building and lobby is on 12th floor. They have storage for your bags because there is no early check in. Check out was easy. I left room keys on front desk, so it was seamless. The room was cute. Tatami style bed and had a foot spa in the room. Great view of gwangalli beach. Super close to food and bars."
