"Hotel staff was great. They gave us sleds to use on the hills next to the hotel. Hotel could use some updates but it was clean. The breakfast was great but the staff that took care of replenishing the breakfast and keeping things clean went above and beyond. He was up wiping tables constantly and making sure everything was clean and organized at the buffet, he even offered to make my son a special breakfast the following day but we were leaving. Very impressed! "

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fawnā€™s Lair while my son played at Dreams Park this week. Just a 3-4 minute drive from the park was super convenient and the place was clean, comfortable and very well outfitted with everything you could need. We enjoyed using the private deck, grill and side yard. It was everything the listing advertises. We will be coming back in a couple of years when my youngest is ready for his turn at baseball heaven."

"We stayed for a full week while our son played at Cooperstown. The location is A+. Property is well maintained with a beautiful setting for wildlife. Kids can run around outside, watch movies inside and kitchen is large with nice appliances. House was clean and very comfortable. Beds are nice with good linrns.
