"We stayed here for one night in January when we had a plumbing issue at home. It was fairly basic but clean and quiet. The room darkening drapes worked great and allowed us to sleep in a bit. Water pressure in the shower was good. It had snowed that night but the parking lot and outdoor walkways were taken care of. "

When I told her I booked my room 6 months earlier and showed her my Expedia travel confirmation email. She just kept saying no rooms. She wouldn't call her manager for help. And she wouldn't help in anyway. The hotel looked as if it was closing down or maybe under new owners. I've had hotels change owners before and they always honored the bookings.
