"Dissapointing, unpleasant smell and a dated interior. Good location, but very dated, raw brick interior with an unpleasant smell inside the rooms. Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling. "Huge apartment built into an old store front. Very close to the mall and restaurants. Suitable for a couple and a single. Very trendy reno but a bit of a creepy vibe if you are sensitive to that. Secure parking at rear through the back alley - again felt a bit nervous at night back there but we were 2 old ladies alone. We had no trouble though at any time - it’s just good to be aware.
