"The host Ben was very easy to communicate with and accommodating We had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. The access to Acadia was perfect as we hiked daily and walked to the Main Street every late afternoon for food and drinks. Highly recommend this home and location "

"This is a beautiful house with comfortable bedrooms and a nice open living and dining area for meals and hanging out. It is equipped with everything you need. We visited in winter so did not use the amazing upstairs deck but did get to enjoy the cozy wood stove, which was perfect after our rather rainy hike.We were a group of 8 hiking the Cadillac trail to see the first light of 2025. This location could not have been more convenient with the trail just a 3-minute walk away."

"Perfect location and beautiful house. We are a family of 10 adults and had plenty of room. The park is fun to visit though parking can be challenging. The same with Bar Harbor, great town but difficult to park. I’d recommend this home and location for a Fall getaway. Foliage was amazing. House was clean and stocked but needed a few more forks and coffee cups. 😀"

"Our family (12 of us) stayed for a long weekend for the MDI marathon. The house was perfect, had everything we needed and was more than enough space for all of us. The house is in a great location, walkable to downtown Bar Harbor and was a great spot for our marathon weekend. Charles and Ali were very responsive when we were having some issues with the smoke detector as well. We would absolutely recommend this home! "

"This house was wonderful! Clean, easy to find on GPS, even in the dark when we arrived and a very quiet location. The view was beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard and across the lake. We utilized the fire pit on a cool night and enjoyed s’mores with our family. The small touches were thoughtful-mini bottles of shampoo & conditioner, mini bars of soap, coffee available for the coffee maker. Beds were comfortable as well. If we’re ever back in this area, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had 4 adults and on 4-year old. The house and bedrooms were perfect for our group. It gave us a good base for 3 days in the area - first time on Schoodic Peninsula. Short drive to Bar Harbor for more sights, shopping and eating. Pretty crowded, but manageable. We would do it again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The setting is breathtaking. We enjoyed getting to walk out on the Rocky Beach, sit by the fire and roast s’mores, enjoy being together. The house is so close to Schooner overlook and anemone cave. We could not have been more pleased with the location. As mentioned, the inside of the house is a bit dated, but it is spacious and had room for all of us to sleep. I would suggestsheets for the pullout sofa easier to locate, and possibly providing more bath towels....

"We had 6 family members staying at Bar Harbor Oasis for a Thanksgiving reunion. The entire experience was 5 stars. The trip manager was very thorough and timely in providing us with information. The home was exceptional - very clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and five lovely bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to downtown Bar Harbor. Acadia National Park entrance is also close by. We will definitely keep this property in our travel...

"the place was perfect. updated, clean, had everything you needed and more. i would live there if i could! the only negative thing i have to say is we ran out of hot water for the showers. that being said, i would stay there again."

"The house is lovely! Very clean, well stocked with basics, nice beds/sheet, towels; great location! Close to town but on side street. Communication with owner was very timely. Local and able to help out in our time of need. Very nice!! We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to others! Loved it!"
