"We had a really nice time at Bethel. The house was lovely and spacious enough for our group of eleven. We had six adults and five kids and the bedroom layout worked well. The kids had a place to hangout downstairs while the adults played games at the enormous dining table. We experienced colder than normal temps in August but that didn’t stop the kids from using the beautiful pool. Bethel is a very cute town, we absolutely loved checking out all of the waterfalls and swimming holes in the area...

Spacious Family and Group Friendly Home on the Sunday River

"We enjoyed our weekend in Bethel while celebrating my sister’s 25th wedding anniversary. The space is perfect for larger family gatherings. We were a total of 5 couples and a couple young adult children along with 4 fur pets and the space allows for privacy as well. We enjoyed the day at Sunday River hiking through some of the trails and taking the scenic chair lift up the mountain. We can’t say enough about how universal the property is. "I own a home in the area but it was rented, so I booked the Yurt via VRBO. My friend and I loved the location and the yurt accommodations. It was such a cool experience to stay there and I would definitely stay there again!! The owners really put thought into the details and it showed!"

"We stayed for three nights - our group was moms and tween/teen daughters. The house is brand new and in immaculate condition. Everything was clean and we loved all the extra small touches the hosts have provided!"

"The house was cozy and spacious , my family enjoyed the amenities like the pool table and Jacuzzi! We spend a lot of time on the deck/porch it had space enough space for our family of 12 , the only thing is that I would have liked the deck lightening to be more stronger."
