"The house was AMAZING! Had a wonderful time We had a pretty big group and the house was comfortable enough for all of us including kids and a dog. Did not feel crowded at all. Hosts were wonderful, very accommodating with late check out and asking if we need anything. The views from the house are spectacular, you dont need to go out at all honestly, you would have a good time just enjoying the house amenities and the views, def worth the drive from NY"

"Foliage was at peak in northern NH and this location was perfect for access. Cabin was convenient and well maintained. Issue were that bath towels were not in great condition and listing daid there were two bathrooms and there was only one."

"This is the second time staying in the last two years . It is everything we need for the number of people we had. Richi and Hoda have been great hosts and the housekeeping staff have been awesome. Hopefully we’ll be back next year."

"Perfect Thanksgiving get away! Gorgeous spot with smazing view. While we were here it snowed which just added to the beauty. Scott is excellent host. Enjoed everything about this house. "

"Our group was impressed by the space offered for our stay. As a small group of upland hunters, we wanted a space near enough to quality hunting opportunity that would allow our dogs along for the trip. Needless to say, we were conveniently located in a private (yet right in town) property that could have quite easily handled a group two or three times our size. Would 100% rent again. "

"The house was awesome. We had one very small issue and I reached out to Jenny and Paul by email and the issue was resolved immediately. We had everything we needed and there is plenty of space for sure. We would love to stay again maybe in the warmer weather as there is a really nice deck for use as well."

"We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!"

Stunning mountain views from dining, living room and kitchen

"We stayed here for a minimoon after our wedding and it was perfect. We made good use of the hot tub, grill, and loved the sunset view every night. We loved the convenience of the location. Very comfortable beds as well. Mike was super responsive when we had questions"

"We were a a group of 7 riders from NJ and the house was beautiful, comfy and very clean. While 90% of the time was spent riding, getting home to this place made it all the more special. Near 2 breweries ( 5 min away ) and with lots of privacy and amenities ( hot tub was awesome ), I def recommend and will save this place for future visits ! Thank you ! "

"Booked our trip for the week of Thanksgiving with my extended family of nine. The house was perfect and just what we were looking for. It fit all nine of us comfortably and the house was clean and well stocked. Communication with Scott was seamless and overall the trip could not have been better. We would definitely like to book again."
