"Hotel is brilliantly located across from the lake and close to shopping and restaurants. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and we were able to enjoy the incredible sunsets from our balcony. The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed many meals at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was amazing! "

"We stayed at Lake Taupo Motor inn for 2 nights as a family of 4. We got lucky with the end room which had big windows and a nice view. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms nice and dark with curtains drawn. It was a nice quiet location although still super close and handy to shops, cafes and restaurants. The pool was too cold for my 4 year old however there was also a spa to warm up in. Great stay"
