"Let me be brutally honest. The place was in a decent area and quiet. Was easy to find. However, it was not cleaned at all, stains on the sheets of both bed, crumbs in bed, dirt on floor. Not too mention there was no cold water for the shower, so in order to take one, we would have to burn our skin. Tried multiple times to contact and no answer. Finally got ahold of automated service. Nobody would do anything. Nobody checked. Had to leave early. Seems like they do not care about the people...

"We visited in November and this home was perfect for our family of 10! Adorably decorated for Fall! Open floor plan in kitchen/dining room, hallway, and downstairs bath/bedrooms was very accessible for one family member in a wheelchair! They even provided snacks which the the kids and adults enjoyed! Plenty of pillows, blankets, games and even fishing poles if you wanted to fish in the beautiful ponds! "We were very pleased upon entering Wendy’s Cozy Cottage as it was accurately described in her VRBO listing. It was conveniently located in town near our relatives, stores, and restaurants. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the home was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was very handy since we stayed for over a week.
