"Only thing that could be improved upon was the friendliness of the front desk staff. The lady at initial check in was great, but after that, we weren't greeted upon return after being out for most of the evening (shift change) and upon check out, we weren't thanked for our business nor invited to return in the future. It doesn't necessarily bother me per se, but it's just a little critique for customer service improvement. The rest of the experience did not disappoint. 9.5 of 10 stars. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin, which is beautifully constructed with a rustic appearance and sits on the bank of the French Broad River. The cabin is perfectly designed and is cozy and comfortable. We loved the open kitchen, the wide covered porch and the sense of being remote without actually being in the middle of nowhere. We never left the cabin but instead enjoyed the peaceful space and the gorgeous view."

"We moved to TN from MT and were looking at properties in Eastern TN. We needed something that we could save a little money while looking for a home. The washer and dryer was amazing to have along with the kitchen. My boys had a blast and the movies and board games were a plus. Sarah was so accommodating on extending our stay."
