"The property was just as listed online, everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our 4 and 10 year old had so much fun outside on the tire swing and playing in the big yard, and we all enjoyed walking the area and seeing the beautiful mountains and scenery. "Great little cabin! It was perfect for our 3 night stay and commute to see family plus visit Pigeon Forge. The host was immediately available upon check-in to assure everything was in order for us, which it was. We didn't need for anything while we were there. We will book again when we come back."

"The house was excellent. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. We only brought our big dog, but I don't think even our tiny one could get out of the fence. Many places with fenced yards have gaps that tiny dogs can get through, but not here! There was also wonderful comunication with the host after some confusion (on my part) with messages from Vrbo. Would definitely stay again."

"We had to leave Tampa due to severe weather and took our son back to Tusculum University. The place was perfect for us and only 40 minutes away from Tusculum. The owner was very kind and special. Our dog Princesa loved Beau, the neighbor's dog. We will definitely be back if we get a chance."

"Remote, secluded, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable, rustic... creative use of a former tobacco barn has everything you need to relax in setting that is both beautiful and serene. I wish I had stayed long enough and in a better season to make use of the nearby opportunities to enjoy the nature and scenery that surrounds. The deck overlooks and provides access to a deep bend of the placid Nolichucky river just down the hill. Shop and dine before you leave town... Greeneville is about 30 minutes...

I wish this cabin would’ve had closets. There is not one at all. The only real downfall to this cabin is the driveway. The driveway is super steep, and the parking is another story. It was a major pain to pull down the driveway, and try to park a vehicle. We have a truck, and had to pull forward and backwards so many...

"We were very pleased upon entering Wendy’s Cozy Cottage as it was accurately described in her VRBO listing. It was conveniently located in town near our relatives, stores, and restaurants. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the home was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was very handy since we stayed for over a week. The shower worked well and there was an ample supply of hot water. We enjoyed our stay there and will check for availability...
