"I let the hotel know we would be in after midnight and they agreed to hold the room for us. I was so grateful when, after a delayed flight, we arrived at 4:00 am and our room was still available and ready for us. She also arranged for us to check out an hour late. Because we went to sleep so late, we didn’t get to breakfast until just before their free breakfast was wrapping up. The men who were cleaning up and putting away the foods (after we had already served ourselves) asked us if we were finished before putting away food and condiments. They definitely didn’t have any obligation to do that. Everyone was just really nice, and we appreciated that. Our stay was quick but comfortable. But! Later in the evening, I realized I had left my wedding ring on the bathroom counter. I returned to ask for it and was grateful to find It had been found by the cleaning staff and catalogued so that I was able to get it back immediately. Breakfast was basic but not bad. An overall good experience (aside from the flight delay!)."

"The check in staff helped me with my luggage to the room from the parking lot since the luggage cart was in use. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well cared for. Bed was very comfortable."
