"We loved our stay at the White Lion. Rooms were lovely- a view of the river i would recommend. Food was lovely- breakfast and evening meal. The staff were lovely. Food was delicious - we ate at the hotel for dinner - having the 'pigs' in blanket sharing starter and then both steak pies. Next morning - breakfast was great - although there was no 'bacon' for us - the server compensated by offering us additional sausages - so it wasn't too much of a disappointment. "
