"Missy and Doc have done a great job with this charming historic building and property. I especially enjoyed reading about the area's past and how the building started and evolved. The house is interesting, cozy and lovingly cared for. There is a large yard behind the house and another in front directly on the lake with lots of space to soak in the views and relax. Just loved it!"

It was not directly in front of the dock at all I thought I might have to use one of the neighbors if it was necessary. Fortunately, it did not become necessary because the folks that stayed on the property right on the water did not have a boat The only other thing I think is worth mentioning for people who have Boats is that your water inlet is directly in front of the dock and may be an obstruction...

"TV didnt work the entire duration of our stay, contacted Vacasa several times but nothing was actually done. The walkway to the entrance was just a downhill ice trial. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, my boyfriend ended up sleeping on the equally uncomfortable futon. Place was clean enough, good location. Quick drive to Mary Jane, about 7-8 mins to main base area. As with all rentals it did have some quirks. 2 washcloths for 5 people, 3 chairs (we found a 4th in a closet). The stove was the biggest problem. "Very nice place to stay. They conditioned the place to have an entry were you can boot up and leave your skies to dry too. In general, it was a good place to stay as a couple with 2 kids. For more adults, it would be a challenge. Beds were quite hard. They have a lot of utensils, china and silverware. The Bridges also has a shuttle to go to the mountain (so you can leave your car parked). EV charges avaiable. "
