"Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand."

I feel that it is a bit misleading in the listing as you do not realize the unit is truly squeezed in between full time residential apartments.. However the location across the street from the beach and the vicinity to Rt. 9 cant be beat for sightseeing in the area. It was not directly in front of the dock at all I thought I might have to use one of the neighbors if it was necessary. Fortunately, it did not become necessary because the folks that stayed on the property right on the water did not have a boat The only other thing I think is worth mentioning for people who have Boats is that your water inlet is directly in front of the dock and may be an obstruction...

"While visiting our son at Castleton we stayes at this property instead if the usual hotel. So glad we did. Nice little area where we couldtakr a walk down along the water, they have a basketball hoop out back we used as well. we spend very little time in the room, vut while there it was very clean. My emails to the owber where always answered quickly. We will definitely book here again"
