I tried to tell her each time that it wasn't working. She would then disappear again. FINALLY, after expedia spoke to her, she came up to my room to fix...

I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."
