"I lodged at the property to enable me get to Gatwick Airport on time because of the proximity. I arrived at the lodged at 4am and was out by 6.30am, spending barely 150 minutes. I checked in with the guides to their self check in system because of my arrival time and didn't get to meet anyone because of my departure time. However, the lodge is located for those trying to catch early morning flight at London Gatwick Airport or seeking for the ease of getting to the Airport for outbound flights."

Love the spot, it is economical, and though the room is small, it is comfortable, and the staff is accomodating. Checked in early, and there is a secure bag drop if you want to do that as well. It is super close to central London, easy commute to Soho or the sights and the price was right!"

"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and I have always been very satisfied. It’s very clean , the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the location is brilliant. Very near Marble Arch tube station. Great for a short stay in central London. However. there is no lift or dining room and there is a chance that there’s a few flights of stairs to your room. There is quiet pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. "

Could leave our luggage there for the day which was really helpful. Decor theme was London Underground so had quirky carpet, fixings, pictures etc. Was in room 301 which was quiet and near to the lift."

"From the minute, my daughter and I arrived we are welcome to buy a very kind and very helpful gentleman. I feel so bad for not giving his name. He was tall and slender with a beard and very attractive. I might say. He took our pictures when we asked even Lois his umbrella for the full day. He was so accommodating and so helpful. "So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
