There wasn't enough tea and coffee and it didn't get refilled when the room was cleaned. Good location with the U-bahn and trams nearby. The spa isn't part of the hotel, it is a business next door and guests get a discount. We didn't get a chance to go though as there was so much to see in Berlin. "Had a really excellent 2-night stay. Nestled quietly inside a green courtyard (which makes the entrance initially a bit difficult to locate). Very cozy and elegant inside, with pleasant, comfortable rooms and 24h reception. Two bars and a wellness area, though unfortunately I did not visit. For the price, I would expect something much less. Will definitely stay again."
