I had a single room with its own bathroom which was perfect and clean - it had everything - tv, shower sink and toilet - a small built in wardrobe to hang clothes, a desk and chair and a bed with a bedside table. There was a good selection of teas and coffees and was given fresh milk for the room on arrival. Location was a short 10-15 minute walk into the city centre and its even closer to the seafront (hoe).
