We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! "The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. "

Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely."

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! "The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. Great if you’re in your 20’s and don’t want to sleep. Great if you want a swinging party of 6 guests. Not great if you’re in your 50’s...
