"Reservation manager Dan athlan takes great care of me. And many many others he is the best haseem who runs the entire food service is on top of every detail in that room and it shows . and Mr Gordon the customer manager relations is everywhere in that building making sure things are perfect it's a great hotel with great service and great facilities it is the best"

" recently stayed at the Gloria Hotel in Jerusalem and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is incredibly clean, with top-notch services and a very convenient location. Nestled inside the Old City walls, it's just a 10-minute walk to major attractions like the Western Wall, Temple Mount, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The staff were amazing, available 24/7, and the area is surrounded by great restaurants. Highly recommend!"
