"Room 319 , Franco. The stay was very nice. Two issues you should know about. First the bathtub drain is clogged and when taking a shower water accumulates and drains very slowly. After a shower there was 5 inches of water. that's something that housekeeping should have seen and reported to maintenance. "Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. "

"This hotel is in a beautiful location in the hills slightly to the West of Jerusalem with wonderful views. The room was quite basic but provided everything that was necessary.
