"Nice hotel in deplorable maintenance conditions. Dirtiest carpets and couches I've ever seen. Carpets in the hallways and within the bedrooms had deep stains all throughout. Our mattress and bedsheets had stains on them as well. It's really a pity because the property has potential, but evidently the decision has been made to not invest a dime in maintaining it."

They kindly helped us order food delivery from town, as we didn't realize the location was not walkable to the main streets of Puerto Iguazu. But what makes it outstanding is the ability to visit the Argentine falls as often as you want and for as long as you want, taking a break in the middle of the day. We thought it was well worth the cost."
