"We were super impressed with our stay at the Iguazu Grand. I was a bit concerned as I had read some poor reviews from some people complaining about various things. We arrived after a weeks stay in a 5 star hotel on Copacabana (well known global brand) but we have to say this was far superior in every sense. "What a gem! This historic hotel complex is exceedingly well kept. This was the splurge at the end of our 3-week trip in South American...quite beautiful and luxurious! The staff was top notch. Perfect location for seeing Iguazu Falls National Park from the Brazil side. Wonderful view from the hotel tower. Walk across the street for a spectacular view and Park trail to stunning Devil's Throat area."

"Al momento de llegar no funcionaban las luces de cabecera de ninguna de las 2 camas y el bidet perdía toda el agua por la base y de inundó todo el baño. Hice el reclamo y lo solucionaron rápido. Al día siguiente se tapó el inodoro (aclaro que no usamos papel), y tambien lo solucionaro . Al tercer día dejaton de funcionar nuevamente las luces pero no volví a realizar el reclamo.
