"Immersed in rainforest with high over the river views. After 2 weeks travel, this was just the quiet and relaxing resort property we wanted. Enjoyed spacious room with balcony and seating at the bars and restaurant around number of pools. Staff ranged from satisfactory to outstanding. Not in the 5 star luxury category, but a good choice. Convenient to the Falls and town. "

"Our first room was moldy smelling with a window in a kind of maintenance shaft. Fortunately the staff was able to move us to a better room one floor up which was larger and not moldy smelling. However the towels and sheets are very old (not so white anymore), so there's only so much the cleaning staff can do. The pool and garden area were a bit run down. "Al momento de llegar no funcionaban las luces de cabecera de ninguna de las 2 camas y el bidet perdía toda el agua por la base y de inundó todo el baño. Hice el reclamo y lo solucionaron rápido. Al día siguiente se tapó el inodoro (aclaro que no usamos papel), y tambien lo solucionaro . Al tercer día dejaton de funcionar nuevamente las luces pero no volví a realizar el reclamo. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que la canilla de la pileta del baño desemboca en el borde alto de la bacha, por lo cual...
