"Pond cottage was ideallic, surrounded by beautiful countryside and gardens. The facilities were fantastic and the cottage well insulated. Ducks and geese were fun to watch and little squirrels hopping around the garden. "

"The property fulfilled all our needs. It was comfy and quiet. Unfortunately on the last night our car, with French registration, was scraped all along the side. Clearly, parking in a public square makes one more vulnerable to such incidents. In every other way the cottage was beautifully positioned close to the church, and not far from the pub and village shop. Although we had cold, grey weather, we enjoyed ourselves very much."

"Lucy was so helpful in answering questions and supporting us. It is a lovely spot unique and connected to the history of the area. Walks from our front door. Good pub across the river and comfy beds as we fell asleep to the sound of the river . We will be back!"

"The cottage was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family of four with a small dog. The swimming pool, field and games room were a real bonus which our kids loved. We were lucky with the weather and the countryside immediately next to the property is very peaceful. The location is perfect for getting down to Saunton Sands and Woolacombe but also close to Lynmouth and Combe Martin. Would also be perfect for a group of families booking multiple cottages on the site. We'd love to go back...

"The property is huge, with 23 of us staying, there was ample room for us all to eat together, at in the living room and loads of bedrooms including an accessible ground floor bedroom which we needed. The family style bedrooms really suited us with small kids in tow. Garden and location is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub is a lovely addition. The property is a little dated in terms of decor but it suited us space wise and we had absolutely everything we needed. We had a fabulous weekend...
