"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tijuana was absolutely awesome! The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Jose, one of the employees, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We were meeting family, and he kindly offered us access to the patio area so we could comfortably spend time together. His thoughtfulness and accommodating attitude made all the difference and truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tijuana.
