"We stayed over for a family meal occasion. The service, welcome and meal were all excellent. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was also nice and quiet. The only thing that could be improved, and I did mention this at reception, was the lack of suitable electric socket near a mirror, the hairdryer supplied in the room did not reach the mirror meaning you could not see your hair whilst drying it. A simple fix would be an electrical extension lead or hairdryer with a much...

"Lovely location, comfy bed, nice and quiet when pub closes at 11pm (wasn't very noisey before then) parking on site, bottled water and biscuits in room, spacious room. "Clean comfortable and quiet, with plenty of parking. Stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned and replenished each day. Staff were friendly and cooked a lovely breakfast. Would have given 5 stars but the bathroom lacked a stool or any surface to place clothes. Outside step is very deep. A half step would make the entrance and exit safer especially for older guests."
