"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. Great restaurants feet away from the hotel front door. We enjoyed our time. "

"We walked to all locations and many times were out till early morning hour, felt safe. 5 minute walk to the Vatican, great little restaurant just below the apartment. Apartment was tastefully decorated as other rentals we have stayed at in Italy. We loved our stay and will return.."

"Perfect location for seeing many of the sights in Rome. Metro and busses were close and easy to use. Shopping for anything is just feet away. Several markets have anything you need except coffee filters for the coffee maker. I would suggest getting a French press in lieu of the Mr Coffee. We could not find filters anywhere. Restaurants in the local area are plentiful. Gentlemen who checked us in gave great advice for out of the way places to see"

"Only had a few days in Rome with the family and we chose this wonderful penthouse apartment overlooking the Colosseum. The owners we very gracious and helpful with checkin, helping us with bags and showing us around the apartment. We hit a snag with the hot water heater but they were able to get a plumber to fix it very quickly. I would stay here again."

"The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside....

"Just a quick walk to the metro or to the Spanish Steps. We did the night tour with the host which was wonderful. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was clean and easy to use. We were picked up at the train station and taken to the apartment and walked through everything. It was a great place to spend 2 weeks in Rome. "

"We like the apartment. It was well stocked. We like the neighborhood. We liked that the apartment was well back from the street and had two locked gates before getting to the apartment. We felt safe there. We had good communication with the host. Parking was available, but we wished we had inquired about that before arriving. We did have to pay for parking in the underground lot next door. We were happy with the parking garage, just not prepared for it. My hide-a-bed sofa in the living room was...

"Nice setup rooms in Resort Park style. Birds singing most of the time reminding of natural country. Only issue is that even with one week stay, we had to empty the garbage ourselves but that is not a huge problem since the bins are located close to our room. Overall very nice and we will definitely stay in “Hu Roma properties “ if we come back to Italy."
