"Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. All the bathroom shared the same hot water heater tank hence if one has used up all the hot water for the bathtub than other need to wait for hot water regeneration otherwise you will get cold shower. "I’ve stayed at the Alaya twice and both times have exceeded my expectations. This time for 1 week and it was just perfect. The staff is amazing. The spa is incredible, pools and gym are all a 10. I would definitely stay here again. Location is close to the center and walkable to a lot IF the heat wasn’t so intense but it’s Bali and it is, so we still needed to use taxis to get to some of the “spots” but not a big deal. Lots of restaurants and shops near. Yoga Barn is literally next door if that’s your vibe! "
