"Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. The food options are beyond amazing and the quality of the ingredients they used blew me away. I ordered so much room service and it did not cost hardly anything. "Linen, particularly towels were not properly washed and not replaced on daily basis. Had to ask for replacement. Otherwise we liked the property, employess were very courteous. Limited choice for vegeterian breakfast. "

"We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool because of our VIP status for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We loved it so much! The accommodations were beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary a la Carte breakfast was fabulous. The entertainment was fantastic. The spa services were excellent! We were about 10 minutes away from town centre but the free shuttle made it easily accessible. The only issue we found was the area around the resort. There was a lot of construction and a very rowdy resort next door. There are so many places to choose in Bali and we are so happy we chose this one. Would recommend!"
