The breakfast which was included is brilliant, you select what you want the night before and it includes cereals, full English, fish and yoghurt and fruit. Room window has broken pain of glass that has been broken a while due to the dirt on windows. NO WI-FI in hotel, which hotel advertises is available but it is not, staff not prepared to help with this issue. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast takes 20 mins to arrive at table after order taken but was hot tasty and generous with the amount of food...

"Stayed 1 night Saturday to Sunday. Free carpark, plenty of spaces. Check in was smooth, room was clean and well presented. Nice little extra touches like hot chocolate and toiletries provided. We ate here for evening meal, food was delicious and portion was very generous. Would recommend contacting to book a table as it was very busy and to ask if there is any entertainment on. We could hear the singer from our room, but that wasn't an issue for us. The free breakfast lived up to expectations...

"Travelled from Yorkshire en route to the New Forest, stayed one night. We had a comfortable nights stay, an amazing evening meal & a fantastic breakfast! We would love to return. Great room facilities including a fan which was much appreciated! Popular with the locals which is always a good sign. Recommended! "

"From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is set back from a country road so it was quiet and close to hills and mountains for walking. A few minutes drive from the main town of Llangollen it was convenient and peaceful. The chef was very helpful and able to meet my needs with small changes to the menus with ease. Room was basic but adequate and clean. Exactly what was needed for a short break. "

"Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time "

"I was given details of a specific flat with entry to obtain the keys, panicked when keys weren’t there , quickly told how to obtain spares, when I opened the door there was already someone there. Told they had changed and got the new keys etc. what they don’t tell you is that there a sound alarm so when the arc went loud it tripped this and we got a call.
