"Great location and very modern. I like a traditional feel more than the modern but it had everything one needed. However, there was less than 1 role of toilet paper between both bathrooms combined and no soap or shampoo, napkins, paper towels, dish brushes or clothes wash so come prepared. Also, the garbage outside was filled to overflowing before we arrived and we were unable to clean up our kitchen. Apparently, per the neighbor, this is an ongoing problem. The beds were a little uncomfortable....

"We had a very nice time at our stay in Gifford. The town is quaint and in a beautiful setting. We were visiting Edinburgh so had to take a taxi to Haddington then bus to Edinburgh so keep that in mind if you’re not renting a car. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the internet going out but we appreciated the management company responding quickly to help us resolve."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gardner’s House!! Henrietta is a host that goes above and beyond for her guests. This was our first trip to Scotland to visit our son studying nearby, so it was a chilly time! The house was cozy and we loved playing cards by the fire in the parlor room. The grounds looked beautiful… we hope to come back when it is warm and we can explore! I highly recommend this vacation home for families. The 4 of us slept comfortably and there would be room for...
