"Loved our stay! Hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, eating out and sight seeing. I was with my daughter and having never stayed in a Hotel One before we were really impressed. The reception staff were friendly and as a room was available we could check in early which was great. The room was clean, functional, comfy and quiet at night. The only negative we could find wad that there was no rubbish bin in the room apart from in the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue. We will be back."

"This was literally a last minute booking due to Brittania Hotel Manchester, which we had booked, falling through. Glad we made the change. Clean, modern, efficient and polite staff not hiding behind Perspex screens. A comfortable and clean room with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine without being exceptional. Easy checkout. Note that although room service menu says some items are available 24 hours per day, there is a gap between 21.30 and 23.00 of no room service....

As you walk into th reception hall you are greeted with the delightful ambiance and grace of the building, and the enchantment of the delightful florist on your right as you walk in, followed the aroma of Jo Malone room fragrance which gives you a relaxing vibe and feel to your stay. "Fabulous location, free onsite parking, the hotel is a little dated but has all the amenities for a comfortable and clean stay, great breakfast and great views. I would stay again."
