"We had a standard 2 bedroom apartment and stayed half board from Oct 25th - Nov 3rd 2024. The staff at Pergola are fanatastic. There was one particlar woman, who i think was managing the dinining staff, who was amazing and even brought treats for my 11 year old daughter who suffers a severe milk allergy. "Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Spacious room. Huge comfy bed. Good facilities. Nice decor. What we didnt like: room was on the bottom floor so no sun all day. The staff preparation for the day took place just above us and was very noisy from 6am every day. "The staff was transparent about closing the resort for the next 2 to 3 years for rebuild. The facilities look extremely dated and are in a state of dilapidation. Our first room had a toilet seat that had rusted off at the hinges and mold in the shower.
