The staff are unobtrusive but friendly and helpful The room was basic but had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable Breakfast is varied and good- especially the pastries. The views are really good Bad. The restaurant food was poor The room cleanliness could be better The pool is very small and, when we were there in mid March, was in serious need of cleaning. So-so. The location isn’t especially appealing....

We were given a free upgrade as celebrating a special occasion (thank you) but this unfortunately backfired on us as we had a room on the 8th floor which had very loud pump and water running continuously throughout the night.
