"We checked in and was helped by the owners getting all our luggage carried to cottage.... and it was such a wonderful surprise to have espresso martinis already made up with a cheese and cracker platter in the fridge. fresh local foods also were stocked so we didn't have to go anywhere for breakfast the next day..... we made our own."

"We stayed here as our mountain escape after our beach adventure. It was a lovely place to chill and relax.The bird life and the crickets & cicades provided an ambient background noise (a bit too much at times, but that is nature!)It was very hot on two afternoons here, and as the property is off grid, fans sufficed to keep us cool. An extra fan or two, and extension cord would have helped!Otherwise, the property is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. We loved that we could bring our dogs along, who are reactive rescues, but because the place is so private we could just relax and not worry about anything upsetting them. There’s a little bush trail behind the cottage that the dogs loved to explore with us. And the hot tub was an added bonus. We did daily trips to Kenilworth bakery for coffees, donuts, puppacinos and dog donuts. We will definitely be returning for many years to come."
