"We arrived early and knew we couldn't check in but we couldn't find the check in office so I asked a woman if she worked there and she was extremely helpful and apologetic as the pool area was not available and there was still a lot of work going on. The room was lovely and walking distance to everything. We will come back when the works around the resort and the Imperal hotel are finished. I would have normally given it 10/10 but for the work around the hotel and resort and that they do not have a check in area. But would highly recommend it."

"It was cold, dark and the rain had started to fall. We were late arriving but that was no trouble. The staff were friendly and hospitable and suggested the restaurant within the complex for our dinner. Brilliant ! Some delicious options there. The room was basic but was clean had everything we needed. A mattress topper wouldn’t go astray. Tea and coffee and bikkies appreciated ! Above all fantastic service from the team."
