"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). "PLEASE READ THIS..The system that this people have in regards to security is intense. YOU MUST HAVE A FULL BATTERY, EXCELLENT INTERNET CONNECTION, THE WHATS APP AND WII FI. They do not tell you any of this or the fact that there is NO ONE around to help you. We had travel from the States (13hours) we arrived to this place at night. It took us almost 3 hours to figure all of this out. If it wouldn't be for a nice older couple that was also arriving...we would of to sleep outside this place. There...
