"Had a good stay! Everything was clean. However, the door to the apartment was a bit challenging, it would get stuck often and was difficult to open at times. "A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was fine and clean. Liliana and Marco were helpful but they told us there were no taxis and it was a hassle to get the luggage up to the top and luggages got very wet. "We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. "Very large apartment with everything you'll need, including a washer. Everything was clean, and check-in was efficient and easy. Kitchen is well stocked. It didn't matter to us, but there is no microwave. With the Milano Centrale just a few minutes' walk, the location is perfect. There is naturally train noise, but unless you have the windows wide open, it's not bad. Make sure you try eating in Mercato Centrale inside the station. gchoices."

"We had the most fantastic stay at Little Broggi. Jane was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and a superb host. She even provided a complimentary basket of food and a bottle of prosecco! The apartment was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It is a great location, within walking distance from the city center and a cute neighborhood. We loved our stay and getting to meet Jane. Highly recommend! "

"Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...
