"Super Friendly Staff. Big rooms. Fabulous breakfast and food in general. It rained the entire time we were there, so we spend a lot of time in our room and still loved the place."

"It is a lovely hotel but the housekeeping let us down. We came back to our rooms late afternoon to find we had no towels. The phone didn’t work and so we had to go back down to Reception. Some of the female waitresses in the bar weren’t very friendly. It’s a 5 star hotel. But the decor and position is lovely. Food was lovely too. So I would go back. "

"We loved our stay here. The property is beautiful and the people are very nice. Breakfast was delicious as well! We especially loved the piano guy, the bell hop and the servers at breakfast. Phenomenal and would highly recommend!"

"The staff was amazing, especially the Front Desk and the breakfast team, but also the security and housekeeping teams. I especially would like to mention Tawfik and Claire from the restaurant staff that helped me during breakfast. They were super attentive, very efficient and friendly. They realized I was not feeling well, and had a very soar throat, they did everything to make me get better. As someone who works in customer service for nearly 20 years, their level of care was amazing, and very genuine. They are great assets for the hotel."
