"Staff were lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The food was great. However the free flowing alcohol did not make it a very Muslim friendly environment. Europeans were very rude. But the hotel and staff were great. On our last day there was some deck renovations happening which caused a headache but then we went during a low peak time so work was happening around the site. Staff in the spa were great. "

I was sure there were plenty of vacant rooms available to replace it, but they ignored my request. Overall, based on my experience, this hotel deserves 4.5 stars. "Room was just OK. No elevator to the room. Stairs to the room were very dirty. Food in the main Resturant is mediocre. Lots of it but lacks taste ( quantity vs. quality). "
