"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."

Room we had was warm, furniture was dated but we enjoyed that, bed was a little uncomfortable but manageable, shower was clean and functional despite broken curtain rod. First drive up the place felt sketchy but after check in, manager came flying towards us to welcome us and assure us a nice stay and next morning again told us about breakfast.
