"3 families comfortably slept in the 4 bedrooms with good bedding. The Boat House supplied everything needed to prepare a large Thanksgiving feast. We appreciated that the house was very nicely decorated for holidays. The hot tub was a big hit. Many hours were spent enjoying the lake view and sunset from the west windows in the first floor enclosed sun porch and the upstairs bedrooms. The nice two tiled showers were greatly enjoyed. "We were attending a wedding in the area and needed a place to stay with our large family. The Winona House and Tammy were wonderful! The house had something for everyone. The kids, all adults, hung out in the lounge, played pool and even got in a game of hoops. We enjoyed family time on the patio and beautiful views of the lake. Before the wedding we took photos in the backyard and by the gazebo. We loved our stay and we highly recommend."

"We arrived excited about our stay to open the door to piles of dirty laundry. The couch was patched together with tape, the toilet was covered in hair, the floor was sticky in the kitchen, the bathmat was dirty with grime and what might have been dog poop. The bathroom had not been swept or wiped down and was covered in dust, hair, and dirt. There were 2 packages of moldy food in the fridge. The blankets had not been washed.
