"More like a B&B. Six rooms, old facade but very modern inside. Very convenient to airport, in small quiet residential area.A few places in neighborhood for food. Left a block is a bar, to the right 4 blocks is a small grocery, bakery and wood fired pizza place (The Pizza Box, excellent). Very nice buffet breakfast included."

"IMMACULATELY CLEAN unique property with lovely touches. Fantastic breakfast options. Nice pool area. Comfy beds and quality bedding. Sizeable room with balcony. Loverly hosts who provided us with a snack for the airport due to our early departure. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly for convenience (only about 7 minute leisurely walk to Mdina) comfort and friendliness. "

"Thie Villa Serenity surpassed our expectations. This family run bed and breakfast felt like being at home with lovely areas to sit inside and out, spectacular views from the roof, and friendly greetings all round. "

"Beautiful property located within walking distance of Victoria. A real oasis of peace and calm. Matthew and Clementa were so welcoming and offered great advice on walks, restaurants and sights. We based ourselves here and were able to complete most of the Gozo coastal walks. Good public transport. Would highly recommend. "

"This property was exactly what my son and I were looking for - small hotel to use as a base. Hotel was spotless. Friendly staff, always saying hello. Have to give a huge shout out to Mohammed, always on the desk, was absolutely wonderful from the first meeting. If you needed something you just ask and he will do his best to help. Also a wee mention to the shop down the stairs, very friendly staff"

"Characterful, in quiet part of Malta, mostly avoiding the tourist hordes. Owners are very friendly and welcoming with travel tips and advice. Maltese bakery within 100yds is great for breakfast takeaway Maltese style ie large portion, lots of sugar. Breakfast apple pie is a must try if you're not worried about calories. "the place is newly rennervated with clean, modern and spacious rooms. the place is quiet and safe as the door has a code for guests. The breakfast is great with customed made omelettes. Very close to castle , restaurants and shopping. Parking, you need to drive around with in a block or two "

"This 8-room B&B was a fine choice for my 4 nights in Sliema, after having been traveling for about a month elsewhere in Greece and Malta. It was an easy 1 minute walk to the promenade, which offered plenty of options for tours, eating, shopping, bus routes, etc. The hotel’s 2 housekeepers/cooks were delightful ladies. "We had a lovely 6 days at the Old Mill, the hosts were kind and friendly, full of useful local knowledge. We did hire a car which afforded us some freedom, it is a little isolated, but there is a bus stop opposite and Bolt operates. My daughter and I were lucky to have the room with a large balcony over looking farm land and to the sea. We sat there at night too, listening to the silence, or fireworks or star gazing. "This is a beautiful place to stay and the staff are great. Our flight was delayed and we had to arrive at the suites 10 hours later than expected, but the staff arrived to welcome us. We had a choice of breakfast each morning which was lovely to start everyday with. The room and property was clean, and the pool was a welcomed addition in 34° The service from staff was brilliant, and we would absolutely stay here again."

"I had a 4 night stay in a single bedroom with twin single beds for me and my daughter. I have lung cancer and snore rather loudly which meant my daughter couldn’t sleep. I went to concierge to explain my situation and Edgar was on duty. I explained my situation and in a flash, he had spoken to the manager who couldn’t do enough for me, and offered a complimentary suite for the remaining 3 days. They put a single bed in the lounge and this was all done by the time I had packed up my old room. He also helped me out throughout my stay with recommendations on activities and places to see. Edgar is such a genuine and empathetic person who is a huge credit to the hotel. Thanks for everything. "

"A Delightful Stay at Azur Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Azur Hotel. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the local area, with many attractions and a wide selection of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. Breakfast each morning has a wide selection of delicious options to suit every taste. From fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes, the breakfast spread was both varied and satisfying. "Positives first: Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, superb bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again. Negatives: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It can get very noisy on Saturday nights when the people start leaving from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. I could hear people shouting on the streets till 4AM. This was room 402. I will ask for some other room next time."
