"This is our second stay.. it is clean n cozy. The host is responsible and it shows that they care for their guests with the little touches of charm throughout the home. We love this stay! "

"I rented this house because it was a great deal and close to where my son was getting married. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was good size and had a lot of counter space (which we used while assembling goodie bags). People that flew in early or had later flights, were able to wait with us. The only issue I found was the driveway which we were warned about. All our questions were answered immediately before and during our trip. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. "

"This is our second stay at this property and plan to come back again. We started coming in the fall and the trees and lake were beautiful. We were looking forward to hanging out around the fire pit, but unfortunately we were under a burn ban. The house is great and had plenty of room for our families and kids. Thank you for a great stay!"

"This cabin is perfect, has everything we needed. We especially enjoyed watching the cows coming in for milking time. Sitting on the front porch watching the sun set was so peaceful and relaxing. We also spotted a turkey running around in the back by the woods. Wonderful place, great host, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"This is a great cabin on Little Red. My dad and I stayed here for the weekend to do some trout fishing and golfing. The cabin was great. Extremely clean and ready when we got there. The communication with the owners was superb. They emailed as soon as we booked and lets us know when we would get the codes and sent directions. Everything worked as they said it would. The cabin had everything we needed, and is only about 10 mins from town. The dock on the water is one of the nicest we have been...

"Overall things were great! We suggest there be a working coffee pot provided; the top rack of the dishwasher be repaired; and burners on the gas grill be replaced as they are nonexistent… We very much appreciate and enjoyed our stay and are considering this rental property for our fishing trip next year! Thank you for everything!"

"Our family had the best stay at this home located right on the Little Red River! The grandkids loved fishing. The home is spacious, clean and provided with all the essentials you will need plus more!"

"This little home is very homey. It feels relaxing and like going to my mom's house: great kitchen with all the tools and gadgets to stay home and prepare meals; back porch and large backyard; and a front porch to enjoy. The small dining room is perfect for intimate dinners and the cozy living room is great for lounging and visiting. We have stayed here twice and plan to attempt to attempt to book each time we find yourself in Searcy, Arkansas."
