"This property was exactly what we were looking for! It sits right on the bank of the Little Red river with a deck over the water for great trout fishing! Heber Springs is just a 15-20 minute drive for a quick run to town if you need it! The house was beautiful with everything you need! We will definitely be back!"

My only tiny little critique is that the listing made it seem like the river was just out the back door. It is a long walk, or a short drive away, but not within viewing distance. But such a cute, efficient little place! I also think you could have a book out with your favorite restaurants, shopping places. We didn't even know about the golf cart rentals - that will be fun next time. I think there...
