"Enjoyed our stay. Well equipped, up-to-date and comfortable. Only 2 minor issues. Some of the dishes from the previous guest had been put away dirty and had to be re-washed. It would be nice have a clear path (or sidewalk) to get to the stairs leading up to the entrance instead of having to walk through wet, dewy grass."

"Perfect for four adults and the location is close to EKU campus and anything else you could want. Cozy two bedroom with everything you need. Owner supplies more than enough things for the stay. TV continuously resets the “guest mode” but we were not in town for watching television. Wi-Fi spotty at best until one of the other guests left after the first night. Overall a nice place and we would stay again. "

"We stayed for one night while visiting EKU for our son's baseball game. The place was clean and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The host was very responsive. "So glad I found this gem! It had everything we needed for an enjoyable long weekend stay during EKU homecoming. The apartment is a short drive to campus and within walking distance to restaurants in town. The apartment is exactly like the photos. Very welcoming when we came in to the lights on and complimentary coffee and tea. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of off-street parking. Would suggest a more comfortable sofa. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area."

"Sadly, this property didn't live up to how it was presented online. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down. "Stayed for a long weekend with some friends and had a wonderful time. The cabin is quirky but we didn't really have any problems - e.g., the fixtures in the bathroom shower were loose, there was an insecure shelf in the cupboard that tipped - all small things that were not perfect but were fine. It was an awesome location for hiking and climbing in the Red River Gorge. We enjoyed the hot tub, watched movies, cooked big meals together - the cabin was perfect for all of that. "
