Accidentally entered wrong date of arrival but attendant from the facility called me immediately and kindly changed the date without hesitation and even offered a better room. It was Christmas eve and the office communicated to make sure they would still be in the office when we arrived to ensure we received keys. They waited until we arrived and check in was so easy. "We loved the Board Room. Very responsive hosts. So much room. Super clean and completely stocked: kitchen had all the tools for a full meal and an easy breakfast + seating for 12 for meals, Ping pong (great fun!) assorted board games and large TV. We visited in Fall but would love to see Spring and Winter as well. Bed was so great we over slept the alarm! "

"The Hotel Gunter is a very charming hotel, with beautiful lobby area and unique details in the halls, etc. The hotel restaurant and basement speakeasy are both very good, the staff is helpful, and there are interesting historic features and displays. It needs a bit of TLC in the guest rooms, but they are still quite comfortable, fairly spacious, a good value. Located in a walkable downtown, with free parking behind the hotel."

"Our stay at the Butterfly Suite was the exact peaceful weekend we needed! It was larger than it appears in pictures. The fireplace was lovely, especially with the snow outside. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make meals, including spices that we forgot! We will definitely be staying again!"

"The guy at the front desk was very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The place doesn't look real nice from the outside but once you get inside the rooms are very clean and spacious and even have a full kitchen. The TV could have been bigger and there were no tissues in the room. I had to use the spare roll of toilet paper as tissues."
